Ken Traverse

Ken Traverse
Ken

Billerica, MA

Ken is happily divorced and living in Billerica, Massachusetts.

He has two children and six grandchildren with 6 year old triplets.

He experienced six interesting years in the US Army Reserves with Dave Johnson, Paul Zermani, Rich Hashem, and Peter DeSantis. Very interesting years, we think (hope) the statute of limitations has expired with the New York State Police.

Ken enjoyed 17 years with Star Market and has been a Mortgage Banker for over 25 years.

In addition to Hawaii and Tourist Mexico, Ken has done a lot of Caribbean Island travel and many Caribbean cruises. He enjoys being a “Local Tourist” in New England.

Ken is Past President and  Exalted Ruler of the Billerica Elks, a 32 Degree Mason, and an Extended Knight of The Order of The Thistle.

Home - still reside in Saugus and have for the past 45years.

Family- I have been married for 46 years to Pamelyn ( we met at Star Market in 1962) and we have 3 children, Paul Jr. Beth, & Mark.  All are SHS graduates.

I am still working for the Boston Bruins/TD Garden as a Manager of Finance, and have for the past 40+ years.  I had the honor of receiving a Stanley Cup Ring from the Bruins in year 2011. One of my fondest memories was being a participant in the Boston Duck Boat Parade in the Bruins honor. It was one of the most surreal moments that I have ever experienced.

My wife and I like to travel and have traveled extensively with classmate Joyce Tozza Gray and her husband Bob. We have traveled to Las Vegas( Joyce always complains that she never wins $$$),Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone Pk, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Bermuda, with our most recent trip to  Italy.

Marian (Barnes) Burnham

Marian Barnes Burnham

After high school, I went to work in Boston for Mass Mutual Life. After 3 years, I left the commute behind and worked in Lynn for Electric Insurance Company. I then started my career at Hollett Real Estate first as a bookkeeper/receptionist until I started my family 2 years later. John Hollett asked me to work part time which I did for the next 30 years first as his bookkeeper, then property manager/bookkeeper and as a real estate agent.

After John Hollett’s sudden death in 2001, I returned to Boston at the law firm of Curley and Curley as their Office Manager. I also started working for Wendy Carpenito at Carpenito Real Estate selling real estate. I held both positions for the next 7 years until my retirement in 2008.

I have been married for 45 years to Richard Burnham, and we have 2 daughters, Suzanne & Cheryl. They have both been married for over 20 years, and we are fortunate to have 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters—all teenagers. Suzanne has recently been ordained as an Episcopal Priest (her third successful career). Sheryl is an administrative assistant to the president of a Credit Union.

As empty nesters for over 20 years, we have been fortunate to do a lot of traveling including: Hawaii, Bermuda, Punta Cana, DR, Alaska, as well as 3 trips to Europe.

Last August we sold our home in Saugus where we had lived for over 40 years and moved to Franklin, NH. We now split our time between NH and Myrtle Beach, SC.
